Grapevine Family Photographer Fall Portraits This family and I had a wonderful time photographing their fall portraits! The Grapevine Botanic Gardens were the perfect size for this family with small children. We were able to walk through the paths to several locations to achieve a versatile look in the images. The rich greenery and sun setting, provided a lush setting for vibrant colors.
Achieving the Classic Look
During a family session, I always capture the family posed. Those are the photos we all want framed and given as gifts to family. I also spend time capture the family in their natural interactions. With gentle prompting, the family interacts with one another. In these moments I capture authentic moments with genuine emotions. Also, it encourages movement, which adds depth to images. With the combination of guided posed images and candid moments, I achieve a classic family portrait gallery. I strive to give clients direction, including what to do and how to dress so I can create a timeless collection that they will love for years!
