Trophy Club Senior Photography – What a fun time I had photographing Byron Nelson High School senior class of 2023! Carson is a poised young lady who is full confidence. I loved photographing her! She planned her wardrobe well. She chose clothing that has textures that photograph nicely. The colors of her clothing complimented her complexion bringing out lovely skin tones. The variety of outfits was perfect. She selected formal, semi dressy, and casual. Her casual outfit included a jacket, which made for fun poses and layering ideas.

It’s always a gamble to schedule photos during January. This beautiful Saturday offered perfect weather! It was a little bit cold, but nothing too awful. The sun was perfect and offered wonderful golden light. The locations we chose tend to look well through all seasons, even when most of the trees are bare. The golden tones streaming though the trees really complimented this session so beautifully.

We used two locations for this portrait session. Davis Park was the first location. It is a unique park with many stone pathways meandering between trees and across a trickling creek. Ivy sprawls on the ground providing perfect ground cover. Next we drove five minutes to Flippen Park. It features an elegant gazebo and fountain. Both of these locations provide lovely trees and ground cover. They are excellent outdoor options for every season of the year. They are perfect for all types of portraits from senior to family to engagement.
