Highland Park Dallas Senior Session
Highland Park Dallas Senior Session on Homecoming Night
When I started photography nine years ago, it was so fun photographing senior portraits. At the time, my children were four and eight years old! Photographing my OWN senior seemed unimaginable. Yet, here we are, celebrating class of 2027, my daughter’s graduation year! It’s been sweltering hot in Dallas, therefore late September is the first chance I have had to photograph her for senior photos. We took homecoming evening as the perfect opportunity to head to Highland Park Dallas to capture fun pre-dance pictures.

Photos with Friends
Her long time friend and neighbor went to homecoming as well! They have known each other since they were little girls in elementary school riding the school bus together! They’ve spent many a years together running around the neighborhood barefoot! The homecoming dance at the Frontier of Flight Museum was located really close to Highland Park’s Davis Prather Park, making this park very convenient!

Why Highland Park is a Solid Choice for Portraits
Highland Park is always a wonderful location for portraits, whether senior, family, engagement, or proposal sessions. The parks are well maintained, picturesque, making Dallas gorgeous even in the dry or cold seasons. The area attracts peak activity in October and April through May. I know the timing of many of these crowds and can guide clients in choosing optimal timeframes.
