I received a phone call from this couple asking for engagement portraits. They live in Flagstaff, AZ and couldn’t find a photographer! They urgently needed portraits to use for save the date cards. When they were visiting family in Dallas, they scheduled their engagement pictures. The bride requested an elegant and classic location for her to use on the save the date announcements. Mandalay Canal Walk in Las Colinas was the perfect choice for them! It has an old world charm that will always be in style! The area is inspired by the canals of Venice, Italy. With this type of inspiration, you won’t be surprised to discover gondolas gliding through the canal with gondoliers serenading their passengers. It reminds me of my visit to Venice every time I am there! After the portrait session, there are plenty of things to enjoy for the rest of the evening all dressed up. The area is surrounded by shops and restaurants. You’ll find sushi, Italian, and Mexican food close by! It’s great for an evening out with your honey.
