Fort Worth Botanic Garden Proposal in the Rose Garden When Sam contacted me about scheduling a proposal at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden I was so excited! He decided the Rose Garden was the best spot, which I agreed. It is nestled on the far end of the gardens, making its location secluded and lovely. Engagement Session on Film Rockledge Park A beautiful sunset, romantic proposal overlooking Grapevine Lake created the perfect opportunity for me to capture some moments on 35 mm film! I’ve recently begun adding film into some sessions as I trial the method and process. I love that it causes me to slow down to focus on photographing a moment I intend to convey. The process of sending off film to get “developed” and scanned is so fun to anticipate, bringing back memories of my youth when I dropped off my film at the local Eckerd drug store. Engagement Photos | Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden Proposal Spring is the season of love and renewal. I was so excited to photograph this proposal at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden during the beautiful month of March at Dallas Blooms. The gorgeous display begins in February with daffodils and hyacinths, followed by March with tulips, cherry blossoms, and azaleas. We hit the gardens for perfect timing to see 70% peak bloom of azaleas. They are one of my favorite flowers. Dallas Engagement Photographer Chloe and Jaden were a delight to meet.
