Greek Orthodox Baptism Dallas at Saints Constantine and Helen Orthodox Church

The best part of being a photographer is I have the opportunity to photograph very special moments for families. This family celebrated the baptism and confirmation of their son into the Greek Orthodox Church. It not only includes baptism, but also confirmation, and communion of the Body of Christ. All of the details to these sacraments are so meaningful. Every detail of the liturgy has an important connection to the faith and sacraments. It is really a joy to experience these ancient traditions.

Entrance into the Orthodox Church calls for a celebration feast of sweets and Mediterranean food. Family and friends gathered to enjoy each other’s company as well as a feast! Such a wonderful celebration.
