What a joy it is to photograph the special baptism day for this sweet family as they welcome their daughter to the Greek Orthodox Church through the sacraments of Baptism and Communion at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Dallas, Tx. It is a sacred tradition that has endured the test of time. Family and friends gather from near and far to celebrate this wonderful day. Sweet baby girl was full of smiles and wonder as she encountered blessings, anointing, and baptism. Her doting parents encouraged her along the way with smiles and laughter. Godparents comforted and soothed her throughout the ceremony.

After the conclusion of the liturgy of baptism, family and friends gather to share congratulations, hugs, hand shakes, and words of wisdom. A time honored tradition is photos with the guests of honor such as Godparents and grandparents.

An Occasion to Celebrate at Maggiano’s Little Italy North Park

This occasion calls for a celebratory reception and meal shared together allowing family to visit. A short 10 minute drive, we headed to Maggiano’s Little Italy at North Park Center for a lunch reception in a private quest suite upstairs. It was the perfect setting to mingle and dine!
