Dallas Fort Worth Senior Photography at Main Street Grapevine and Murrell Park
I love meeting people inspired by music! This senior has a love for the guitar. His favorite music to learn is by Led Zeppelin. What a classic musician to appreciate! To capture style and artistry, we used two locations for the senior portrait session. First off, we met at Main Street Grapevine. I chose store fronts to use as the background that would help portray this musician well. Although pictures were taken on a busy Saturday evening, I use a telephoto lens that can easily “blur” out pedestrians. I also pick spots with a little less foot traffic.
Portraits at Murrell Park
Next we drove a quick 15 minutes to Murrell Park in Flower Mound, which is just on the other side of the Lake Grapevine. There we photographed a few more poses with the guitar and then ventured through various locations at the park. The abundant rain really created such beautiful greenery! It has actually rained so much that the park is closed for the rest of summer 2024. The lake level has risen so much making the majority of the trails inaccessible.
Historic Grapevine and Murrell Park
The combinations of these locations creates a variety of posing and scenery options! Through the years I have had several senior choose these areas due to the diverse options! Another great park close to Main Street is Katy’s Woods. It is on the lake as well!
