White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum are the perfect combination for achieving diversity in image styles and scenery. What a fun combo with both within ten minutes of each other. I met up with “B” and her mother who drove in from the Lubbock area seeking greenery, flowers, and water! The locations they chose, delivered!

White Rock Lake Dock near The Filter Building

We started at the dock near The Filter Building overlooking the lake early in the morning. The sun was bright creating vibrant photos. B had a fun idea to wear her prom dress in the water! It was exhilarating for her!

T & P Hill Overlook on White Rock Lake Senior Photography

We found a shaded area at T & P Hill with beautiful grass and towering oak trees to photograph B in her vibrant orange dress. Next a simple white dress paired with cowboy boots was a great wardrobe choice.

Dallas Arboretum Senior Photography

Next up, we drove a few miles to the Dallas Arboretum which featured spring blooms like delphinium and azaleas. The ample flowers and meander garden paths created a magical setting for elegant senior portraits.
