Fall portrait season kicked off with the lovely session one September morning at Grapevine Botanical Gardens. What a beautiful morning it was, with cooler temperatures and a span of green! What a welcome change to fall portraits with these vibrant colors full of life! This set the trend for many clients this year wanting a lively atmosphere in place of the typical fall hues.
Photographing Young Children
We had a lively two year old at this session! Being a parent of a two year old boy myself, I knew I’d have to be playful with this little guy. While hesitant to be photographed, I made sure to allow for candid moments and playfulness. This warmed him up and resulted in great smiles and some personality!
Grapevine Botanical Gardens are Perfect for Every Season
I have missed photography at the gardens! They’re truly wonderful and beautiful for every season of the year as well as a variety of session types from engagement, maternity, to milestone, senior, and family portraits. To celebrate a fun session, Main Street Grapevine is close by with many fun meal options! My favorites are Meat U Anywhere for Texas BBQ and Judy Pie for Dessert!
